How does Giftogram gift card processing work?
Fareclock requests the Giftogram gift card on your behalf. The card is a prepaid digital gift card that can be used at thousands of popular brands. We will let you know if your gift card is processed. The Giftogram card is emailed directly to your provided email within 24–48 hours of processing.
What if my friend is already using Fareclock?
Referrals only apply to new customers who don’t have an existing Fareclock account. Make sure the person you refer is not yet signed up to ensure you receive your reward.
Can I refer multiple people from the same company?
Only one referral per company or organization counts toward the reward. Only the first successful signup qualifies to receive the reward.
Do I need to pay anything to participate in the referral program?
Not at all! There’s no cost to participate. You can email us anytime with the details needed for the referral.
What if my referral cancels their subscription?
If your referred customer signed up for an annual plan and cancels after a few months, you still receive the $100 gift card since this is processed immediately upon sign up.
